Educate a creative engineer for multidisciplinary field between Engineering and Medicine, which is applied to medicine, health-care, bio-industry, etc.

Biotechnology

Study on life science technology about gene, cell, and organs to be applied to biotechnology, health-care, and medicine.

Medical Engineering

Study on medical engineering about materials, mechanics, and electronics to be applied to bio-industry, health-care, and medical devices.

Every subject includes basic engineering and application to biotechnology & medical engineering, simultaneously.

  1. 1) Collaboration with Kansai Medical University including the research project "Medical Engineering Research Center" develops interdisciplinary study courses between Biology, Medicine and Engineering.
  2. 2) Faculties, who have various biomedical engineering research backgrounds (biology, medicine, agriculture, science, engineering) inspire motivation to students through "Rotational Laboratory Experiments", which start in the second semester.
  3. 3) Subjects also include Basic Engineering (mechanics, electronics, material science) for industry.

ME (Medical Engineering) engineer, Bioinformatics Engineer, Fundamental Engineer, etc.

After Graduation

Continue study in advanced courses, or become engineer in the field of bio-industry, health- care and medicine.
