On April 9 2012, Dr. Eng. Essam Bukhary, Cultural attaché of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia to Japan visited OIT and had a meeting with President Inoue. Currently, 14 Saudi students are studying at OIT, and it has close collaborative relationship with Cultural office of the Royal Embassy.

OIT will take part in the 3rd International Exhibition & Conference on Higher Education in Riyadh (April 17-20) as an exhibitor, and it aims to enhance its relationship with Saudi universities.
