大阪工業大学知的財産研究科では、知財の学びの機会を広く学外に提供することにより、関西地方の知財関係者が自由に集えるプラットフォームを形成していきたいと考えています。このたびその一環として、無料の「関西知的財産セミナー」を開催することといたしました。

この度、トゥールーズ第1大学の先生方をお招きし、欧州における知的財産法、競争法の諸問題に関するご講演をいただきます。
なお、本セミナーは対面開催（同時通訳付き）を予定しています。皆様の奮っての参加をお待ちしています。

開催概要

講演の概要

AIが浸透しはじめた現代社会は、新型コロナ感染症の拡大により、さらに情報環境の変化は著しく加速している。
本セミナーでは、AIをめぐり具体的に生じている欧州における知的財産法、競争法の諸問題について法状況や最新の議論を紹介し、日仏それぞれが直面する具体的な問題解決に資する議論を展開することを目的とする。

本セミナーはJSPS科研費 JP19Y01437, JP19Z01437の研究活動の一環として、大阪大学知的基盤総合センターと連携して行います。
