プレゼンテーションスライドの作成について：守るべき５つのポイント
１．１つのトピックに１枚のスライドを用いる。
２．プレゼンテーションの初めには導入部をつけ、最後にはまとめをつける。
３．プレゼンテーションの概略に示したようにセクションを３つか４つに絞る。
（「新製品の紹介」の場合は、マーケティング・製品概要（特徴、スペック）・販売戦略）
４．スライドごとにタイトルを付け明快なメッセージを箇条書きにする。箇条書きにするときは、できるだけ文法をそろえる。
５．メッセージの英文は、できるだけ文章を利用せず、短い句で表現し、箇条書きにする。あるいは、フローチャートを利用して図解するのもよい。
プレゼンテーション原稿の英文作成について：守るべき５つのポイント
１．Ｉ（自分の意見）とwe(会社・グループの意見）を区別する。基本的にはwe。
２．時制は、過去・現在・未来を使用し、できるだけ完了時制は使用しない。
３．基本はＳ＋Ｖ＋Ｏ文型。それを作成してから修飾語を考える。
４．関係詞はできるだけ使用しない。
５．主文を先に置き、従属文は後ろに。大きな概念を先に置き、小さな概念は後ろに。
プレゼンテーションのパフォーマンスについて：守るべき５つのポイント
１．できるだけ暗記する。
２．話し方のくせに注意をする。
小声、不自然なイントネーション、早口、間の取り方、語尾が不明瞭、単調、下を向いたまま、特に原稿の棒読みはだめ。
３．製品にあった身だしなみとなっているか。
４．わかりやすい発音をこころがける。
５．アイコンタクトをとる。
