Mr. Francesco Torre and Mr. Giacomo Mingardo from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) arrived in Japan on February 28. As a research student in Graduate Course in Mechanical Engineering, they will conduct their research for three months under supervision of Dr. Kawata.

TU Delft is a public technological university located in Delft, the Netherlands, which is known for producing three Nobel laureates since its establishment in 1872. TU Delft and OIT concluded the Memorandum of Understanding in 2016, and have steadily cultivated the relationship through student exchange programs.
