Name: Christopher Cladis
Background: I am originally from Texas in the USA, but I moved to New York City when I was 17, went to university in the area, and lived there for several years. After that, I lived in Japan for 5 years, teaching in Miyagi Prefecture and Yokohama. I then moved to Istanbul, Turkey and taught at a university there for 2 years. Turkey has been a wonderful experience but I am very excited to make my return to Japan and to experience another part of the country.
Hobbies: Travelling and taking photographs, playing guitar, reading novels, studying languages (mostly Japanese), watching movies
The secret to improving your English: Have fun with the language and then use it to not only learn about other cultures but teach others about your own.
